I didn't... I didn't mean it like that. I mostly just meant - try not to worry about stuff you can't change. The new experiences will change you, of course they will. That's okay. It's not exactly natural, nobody's meant to have two lives - but it's okay. Just don't let it tear you apart.

Try not to be gone too long - people will start worrying, and as it goes on, it gets easier to just stay away. I shouldn't have locked myself away as long as I did - it was just hard to face everyone.

...If you need somewhere to be alone, there are places in the TARDIS where no-one will ever find you.
