Okay, that definitely makes Eridan nervous. He makes a great point not to draw attention to this (maybe he even tip toes!), but he follows Jade's steps to the water. He's already starting to dry off though, so wading back in the water is not in his immediate plans. He lingers at the edge of the tide, eyes sweeping to make sure Jade absolutely is in no risk of other seadwellers or angry aquatic life.
Then again, it's pretty clear by this point Eridan has no control over this dream.
