I think this island may be the single strangest place I've ever been. Or maybe several of the strangest places I've been, depending. Time stops working for an hour at midnight -- if you notice it, and you might not, don't go out alone. Though your phone won't work while time is stopped -- not even the screwdriver functions.
People disappear from this place. If they reappear, it's with no memory of their previous visit, and no-one's reported being missed while they were gone -- they must blip back and forth almost simultaneously on the other side. Or they're taken from an endless string of parallel worlds, which doesn't bear thinking about. Or they're telling the truth -- do you know, there's a boy here in town who grew up watching me on the telly?
That's hardly the end of it, though. Once or twice a month... something else changes. Rather impossible to describe, or predict, but the way it cycles we're due for something new inside of a week or so, so I'm sure you'll see soon enough.
