Who: drugged Cindy and Charles
When: Feb. 14th
Where: Charles' apartment.
What: Drugged sad ridiculous kids.
Warnings: Charles is feeling suicidal and Cindy is angsting heavily.


[ She knew something was up not long after she ate the chocolates. While it was becoming increasingly difficult to care why she felt like this, some stubborn remnant of her forced her out of her door and over to knock on Charles'. He knew where the chocolates came from. He'd tell her, she'd go find them, and beating the crap out of them would make her feel a lot better.

[Normally, Charles likely would have had the answers. He had been in the store the same as anyone else who wandered by, enticed in by free samples and, notably suspiciously good deals.But they had all been so friendly, helpful and generous, he had not caught any hints of deception or malice. Now, as time passed, he fell deeper and deeper into regretful loneliness and sorrow. His thoughts had taken a markedly darker turn for the worse. Before Cindy knocked he had dropped so low as to wonder why he was bothering to pretend this life he had made here was worth living.]
