My friend Too-Ticky mixes her hot chocolate with milk and marshmallows and it becomes so lovely and smooth and sometimes, if she does a little trick, it has some bubbles on the top - like sea-foam except sweet!

I don't know how to do it, but I wish I could. It seems more complicated than melting, though...
