[Open Log]
Who: Jack and YOU
What: Trying to have fun and cause trouble
When: Backdated January 9th
Where: Around New Moore
Warnings: Just mischief
Shielded by a ratty brown cloak, a new spirit shot down the streets, his laughter loud as the sweeping clouds of snow and frost he used to decorate everything. Nice jacket. Even nicer once he froze it to the interior, nodding at his handiwork while the stranger shivered and kept walking. He may not have known where he was, but he adapted fast enough, playing games when he could and trying to pry a car door open at one point. But he never spoke, and never got so close as to risk touching anyone.

When the timing seems about right, he is going make an impressive attempt to nail Jack in the head with a snowball (Jack's own handiwork even because that's funnier.) The step after throwing it is duck for cover so nobody will know where it came from.

He didn't need to see the boy to know it was him, but his appearance is enough to draw some interest from England.
"Jack! What the bloody hell are you doing this time?"
no subject
"How do you know my name?"
no subject
He's trying to sound stern but there's an underlying fondness for the mischievous nature of the winter spirit. "Front and centre. Come along."

It's still a little strange to him to think about having friends. Especially friends who aren't other nations (of which his options are limited given past conduct) and also are just as immortal as he is.
He rubs the side of his nose with his thumb. Wonderful. Jack's been hit by the most recent nonsense as well. "I'm Arthur."

Or been taken to a point before he can remember? Arthur can't be sure but it's what he'd guess from the way the boy is dressed. "What, exactly, do you think you're doing attempting to break into a car?"
no subject
He shakes his head. Arthur may be mistaken, but that's not important. "What's a car? Is that what this thing is?" He hits the door with his staff, freezing the edges. "What does it do? I wish to see what's inside it."

That he certainly knew his name seemed to be enough.
"It's a vehicle. It moves when you start it up, but you'll get nowhere just breaking into it like that."
no subject
"How fast does it go?"
no subject
"But it's likely to be well over one hundred miles per hour."
