Who: Celebi, trainers and you!
What: Hunting wild pokémon, battling trainers, or a search for the legendary pokémon of the forest!
Where: In the wilds outside the city - particularly in le gasp the forest~
When: Whenever. Sometime during the event. Whatever suits you.
Warnings: Possible pokébattles? Not really any warnings.
It's a bright and sunny day: the breeze is light and pleasant, and the forest sings with the raucous chatter of flying-type pokemon, the hum of the bug-types. Grass-types and normal-types wander the meadows. The mountain caves are full of dark-types and psychic-types, ground-types and rock-types. Even a few ice-types, higher up! Practically any type you should care for abounds here, just waiting for the enterprising young trainer to come round out their team or find their perfect companion. Of course, there are other trainers in here too, and always the whisper that you just might run into the legendary guardian of the forest, the Time Fairy Celebi! Will you brave the tall grass and see what jumps out?
