I dunno. He just showed up with it. But I learned long ago to not question that kind of thing, because it's usually a weird answer and a waste of time.

Well, because of Tamaki-Sempai. Back home, he'd always show up in weird costumes, and after a while, I just got tired of asking. But now that I think about it, maybe the island is part of it too?
