[She doesn't know much about hitting, but Rose isn't one to ask questions that have already been answered. Without much hesitation, she balls up a fist and attempts to strike.]

[ Cindy blocks it with her hand. ]

Right then. First things first, you've got to learn how to hit to do some real damage.

[ And she does so, showing her the points on the body that hurt most and how to throw a punch that will cause some pain. ]

[Rose adjusts her footing, rolling the kinks out of her shoulders before she tries again.]
