What: The Doctor showing off the TARDIS and inviting England for a drink
When: backlogged to the 17th
Where: The TARDIS, of course

The Doctor had been showing Kaylee how to change thermocouplings when he got to the point in his conversation with England where he offered him a drink. England has just stepped inside the TARDIS, and presumably has not noticed Kaylee yet, who is still down below the floor.
Jaynekitty is still in the kitchen.
