So, what kind of devices are we talking about?

I did say auditory. So far: headphones, hearing aid,
mobile headset, implants.

If it's just auditory, I should be fine. Auditory handsets okay? I can't exactly stop answering my phone.

If it receives a signal and you hear through it,
I wouldn't risk it. Frankly, not answering your
phone would be your best bet.
