It means the rest of the Avengers all think they're pirates! Like, the Hulk and Iron Man and everyone. They're under this spell. Except I don't know if it's England or this place, this time.

You can probably fly out to their pirate ship if you want, it's the Brooklyn. [Wow, yeah, he's supposed to be on the government's anti-piracy side, but YOU ARE ONE OF HIS HEROES, THOR!]
