First Flower
Who: Lydia and her secret admirer + Prada
What: An almost stranger shows up on Lydia's doorstep
When: Early eveningish
Where: Lydia's apartment
Warnings: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NOT NORMAL ABOUT THIS
The rap that came at Lydia and her roommate's door was light and soft. Still, no matter where she might have been within, Lydia would still have heard it. The strange young boy standing outside was holding a small dog in his arms, checking the number on a piece of paper in his free hand.
To anyone else, there would have been nothing to see but a small, lost dog, seeking it's owner. Giving a soft whine at the door. Who knew how it got there or why? The island was a strange place, and mysterious things happened all the time.
But the young man at the door was smiling, relaxed and even a bit pleased. He was, after all, here to return a beloved pet to its long lost master. Wouldn't she be surprised?

Stalking to the front door- no, don't get it or anything Lin- loudly declaring as she snakes through the locks.
"Alison, if this is about Scott's latest wardrobe adjustment, I am seriously not inter-"
Breaks off mid sentence. That is a familiar emo haircut and too close together eyes.
"That's my dog."

He smiled disarmingly, petting the dog between the ears while he watched Lydia.
There is absolutely nothing odd about this, Lydia. Obviously.
Your dog wandered off again, and he's just returning it. Again.
"So... this is the place they assigned you too?"
Aren't you even going to say thank you, Lydia?

Reaches out and takes Prada from his arms, directing the conversation to the pup in her hands.
"Prada. You smell like garbage today. Yes, you do. Yes, you do- Where have you been?"
Glances back up to.. actually, never bothered to learn his name. Or did she? Strains her mind to try and remember it before dismissing the notion.
"Thanks." Still sounds a little unsure about this, like having a stalker remains to be something she's weighed in on. "Again."

"I suppose I am just lucky to have run into a familiar face."
A slight quirk of amused eyebrows and he tilts his head to the side.
"I can't believe, all of this, and they are still making us go to school."
Do you still have that flower, Lydia?
"Happy to have helped. I guess I should leave the two of you alone to catch up..."
no subject
"Yeah, well. It wouldn't be a government conspiracy without some re-education tossed in there."
Stepping back into her apartment, little nod to the mystery kid like 'okay, you can go now!'
