Well, it's taken a lot of hard work and time, but I think I can finally announce:

Baker Street Surgery is Open for Business!

I will be happy to fix your wounds and diagnose and treat minor illnesses. In a pinch, I can also provide emergency care in lieu of busy emergency rooms at the hospital.

For the moment, it's only me, so scheduling may be tight. But that also brings me to my next point in that I am looking for well-qualified physicians, nurses, and office staff to help keep everything running as smoothly as possible. Feel free to drop off a resume or message me and we'll have a chat.

I have. Might I ask why before I'm giving out supplies?

About half of my class is coughing, sneezing, or otherwise finding new and inventive ways to exhale germs and mucus across the classroom.

Oh, I see. Must be something going around then. I'll keep a box of them at the front desk for the time being.

I thought so too. I don't exactly trust the people who work there. Not the government staff, anyhow.

And of course, the hours are significantly more convenient for the both of us.

There's an actual Baker Street here?

Not that I've found yet, but I'd like to think that there doesn't need to be.

People here seem fond of our stories and know of Baker Street, so I figured it would be a fairly straightforward advertisement.

I do. He's my flatmate. We used to live together on Baker Street in London.

Pleasure to meet you. Always nice to meet a fan. A little slow on clientel here, so I've decided to open up a surgery to keep myself entertained.

At least we're not want for doctors around here now.

Actually seems to be quite a few of us, actually. Though I think I'm the only one with my own practice.

Technically three of them are the same doctor.

They can't really be, though, can they?

Well, there were certainly two Sherlocks. At this point if the three of them claim to be different versions of the same person, who am I to argue?

I suppose that's true. I really should stop being surprised by this place at all.
