three; video. ( pre-dated before the auction date log )

[ Yuri wasn't really into all that mushy crap. She was already dead, after all - not a ghost, but dead - so she didn't really care about romance. In fact, she hadn't thought about it for a very, very long time. ]

I can't believe I'm actually asking this, but... [ A dramatic sigh. ] What exactly do you guys do on a date?

[ She isn't expecting a second date, because this is a one time only deal, but still. She doesn't want her day to be dull and boring. Or full of romantic crap. ]

And the first person who says 'love hotel' or 'do nothing' will get a fist to their face personally.

That depends on the person! At least from what I've read... I mean, some people go and do active things - running, or horse-back riding, or playing sports together. Other people would rather sit and talk for hours, or do something more low-key like walking on the beach. Most of the one's I've read about seem to involve food at some point or another: coffee, lunch, a fancy supper, a picnic in the park, popcorn at the movies?

I'm not sure that there's an official formula... Goodness knows I've tried to figure one out.

Well that's a relief. I did wonder if my research was at all correct. Sometimes dates bring one another gifts, I think. Mostly the men bring them for the women, but I've heard of it being the other way around, too. I don't know if that's a cultural decision, or on a person-to-person basis, though.

Anything you want, really! Whatever you enjoy, you should do it.

[ No problems. Dating is fun. He encourages it. ]

Well, of course! Dating is all about finding out common interests, right? Seeing if you're compatible, and all that good stuff. So it'd definitely defeat the purpose if you didn't do something you enjoyed.

[ What? Nothing wrong with dating. ]

Oh? Well, then if you enjoy yourself, you'll know you're compatible, right? Simple!
