Probably a little more red meat in the diet, some more oysters and shrimp, some more beans, spinach, and sprouts, more tofu -- bet that Risette girl from the Inaba crew could help with that. More dried fruit with snacks -- raisins, prunes, dates. Shouldn't be a big deal.
