Luckily for New Moore's much-damaged hospital real estate, many of the new arrivals are appearing at random all over the island. Given that this one's brandishing a sword, that might be especially lucky. As the sun comes up, he's standing on a rooftop in the business district, strutting back and forth with a scowl, and crowing like a rooster at the top of his lungs.

Well, if there's a way to spot one of his own here the ridiculous crowing into the sky would be it. Plus the general being covered in dirt and looking ridiculous thing. But he doesn't recognize him so he doesn't immediately say something the entire time he's been sitting behind him. Man that is some crazy hair this kid has going. He'd remember hair like that. Or no, he probably wouldn't. He's thinking Tigerlily must've did it for him because it looks kind of her guy's style. Good enough for him.

He cleared his throat loudly to get his attention. "Preeeeetty good. Not as good as me- obviously- but it'll do."
