[She catches sight of herself onscreen. There is a loud gasp.]

WHAT???

[She ducks down until only the top of her head is visible, and slowly inches her way up. Her eyes are narrowed in suspicion. She pokes at the screen, and when it doesn't seem prone to attack her, she grabs the device. Only her neck is visible. And audible: the sound of violent button jabbing.]

How do you—come on. Ah! Is that—

Oh, sorry!! That was rude, I'm just...not sure what this is, still. I didn't think other people could see it. Well, I did at first, and then I didn't, but...um. Never mind.

Oh, we'll, you should have said so. It's a phone. You can call people on it and talk to them or type out little messages to send for their phone. Or you can just address the entire city, accidentally or on purpose. It's all quite simple, really, unless you happen to be bad at pressing your fingers of the correct places on the screen.
