[Dick, blinks a little, shifting to make the position more comfortable for Wally, and looks right back down into those green eyes, his own pupils widening slightly. His hand moves to carding through the ginger strands, besides scratching behind the cat ears, and he almost mumbles, but I could snuggle against you right now. He doesn't unsure how it would be taken right now, so he keeps on... what he's doing.]

Yeah, I guess. 'least you didn't get turned into an actual cat, there are some who got that.

How do you feel?

Yeah, at least it's not that bad... [ That's muttered more than anything else and he can tell that Dick's staring at him. His feline instincts tell him to avoid the direct stare, but luckily, the human nature takes over and lets him enjoy it. ]

I dunno... The same? I've been taking a lot of naps, though.

[ He leaves out how he's been chasing things like bugs. As for that hand going through his hair, he's enjoying it, but the next thing he knows, his hands are darting back to grab at it and tug the appendage down to his mouth. He bites at Dick, but nowhere near enough to break skin.

It takes a few seconds before he realizes and- well, he's just going all shades of pink. ]

[OKAY maybe not so much as staring as fondly looking down into his eyes? Just. Ffff.]

Hey, so long as you're not feeling bad, that's okay.

[But then his hand is between Wally's teeth, and his eyes widen, snatching his hand away while trying for minimal jostling.]

... you could have told me if you wanted me to stop, you know?

[But he doesn't flinch away or drop Wally's head, instead his fingers - of the other hand - tighten around the ginger's shoulder reassuringly.] [But his ]

[ Well, the hand is gone from his mouth now and he just sort of grins bashfully at the brunet looking down at him. ]

Didn't want you to stop... Just felt like ma- [ Luckily, Wally stops himself before he says it. Ahem. He's not going to say that he felt like marking his territory. On his best friend. But he is now very lightly rubbing his head up and over against Dick's belly. Logically, it makes no sense- he doesn't have a feline's scent glands, but... instinct. ]

... Wally, that tickles!

[Yes, he's giggling.]

[And not quite letting go.]

[ Well, that's just going to get him to keep him going, isn't it? Guess there's some feline sadism thrown in as well, as he continues to rub his head and ears over the acrobat's abdomen. ]

Nnnooottt a clue what you're talking about.~ [ He grins, and maybe, just maybe, starts purring slightly. ]

[Dick is giggling and fidgeting, but those words make him reach to return the tickling...]

[... then the purring starts, and he sort of chokes, trying to gasp and giggle at the same time, but his outreached arms end up just holding Wally in a hug.]

So, [he pants, trying to maneuver in such a way as for the tickling to stop being so bad,] you're fine, I see.

[ As those arms came around him, he paused the nuzzling and rubbing, but the purring didn't let up except for when he opened his mouth to speak. ]

Yeah, pretty much. Except it still feels kinda weird, y'know... with the extra bones and muscles, I guess. [ As if to illustrate a point, his tail came up and flicked at Dick and his ears twitched. ]

[Dick held him for a little bit, then reached one hand to poke with one finger, gently, the tail lashing at him.]

I always wondered how this feels, most cats seem really unhappy if you touch their tail.
