 I was going to be posting my next video this weekend, but it's been delayed by... exigent circumstances.  Yesterday I applied for a change of apartment, and I just got the approval notice slid under my door.  I've already done most of my packing.  Who wants to help me move tomorrow?

Poland, if you're reading this, there's a slip for you, too.  I'm ceding you custody of everything in the fridge and cupboards except the rice krispies and the espresso beans; I'm covering the damage deposit on my closet, but I'm taking the new lamp when I go.  And of course, I'm keeping Deadly.  I waited as long as I could to make sure this wasn't some island phenomenon, but it's been two weeks and it's not Christmas, so... I'm giving you what you want.  Midterms are coming up and I can't afford to mess with this any more.

You want to have a glasnost-style chat about this or anything that happened over the last few days, you're always welcome to come by the New Brew.  We'll clear the air, just the two of us.

Until I understand why my oldest friend on the island decided to drive me out of the apartment we've shared for three full years, I'm not going to stop asking around. You don't have to answer my questions. But I'm not going to give up before I understand.

What he did was not fine. If it's not a danger to him, it might still be a danger to whoever gets put with him next. If it's not specific to him, anyone with you or England is at risk as well.

What??? No! What? That's not what I meant! What risk? There's nothing at risk! So he broke some of your toys, that's hardly a risk! That's a temper tantrum! That's every New Years party he and my brother attend at the same time!

It was a dedicated campaign to get rid of me. His temper tantrums don't last; and he's sulky afterwards but not the same kind of avoidant here.

And your inability to keep your excuses consistent isn't convincing me.

And I need more than that. You I'll leave alone. The question's a different matter.
