You're right, I wouldn't. But sometimes accidents happen. You don't need powers to know that. A stray blizzard, or some sharp ice...none of that is all we are. It's just a part of us. We just tend to be flashier about it. That's why I trust you. Because you have that at your disposal and you still care more than anyone else I've ever met.
