I'm a doctor, modern medicine. I've particular skill with...uncommon species. I'm also a scientist of some description. I specialize in cryptozoology and xenobiology.

Why not the hospital? Given the different sorts of people who wake up there, I'm sure your skills in the less than ordinary would be quite sought after.

I have to say it's a rather abrupt change of pace. I enjoy the routine, however.

It would be nice to know how my time will be spent, or at the very least, where it will be spent.
