I should have started doing this awhile ago, since the weather's been nice for some time now, but I'm going to start running again, doing a few miles each morning to kick off the rest of my training regiment.

Anyone interested in coming along? Goes a lot faster with company, and we can spot each other if you're interested in other parts of the training plan. I can whip any one of you into shape if you like, I'm up for the challenge.

I'd like to hear some of your usual routine, too. We can work it into what I've already got planned.

There's a lot of running in it already! Sit-ups, crunches, jeet kune do squats and push-ups, jumping rope, curls and calf raises... and a high-protein diet! That's pretty much it!
