What? No! No no, that's not it at all. The TARDIS travels in time, and in relative dimensions in space! If she was just moving in space, it'd be like when we first met, careening down the motorway! 'Relative dimensions' is how she goes from one spot to another without pausing for the rubbish in between!

So, she's got Relative Dimensions in Space down just fine.

Time And, that's still a problem.
