Oh, I think I must have fallen asleep! I was supposed to be hibernating for the winter so I suppose that is normal... but now my roommate has changed and a lot of things seem to be different! Or perhaps I am still a little bit confused. Am I still dreaming?

Do people still remember me?
Have I missed anything particularly important?

That's very true, it's always good to see a person's real face!
It's very sad when people hide it, I think.

And especially when people are so scared that they become invisible...
Then you wouldn't ever know that they're still around.

Yeah, I don't like it much when people're quiet. I'm a real friendly person and like talkin' to others, even if it's just over the net like this.

Being quiet isn't bad, though. Snufkin likes to be quiet, but that's usually when we're together so I'm able to see that he's still there.

I think the net is very strange, it took me a long time to understand these things... but it seems like a very clever idea!

That's a real good point! Sometimes just being around someone is real nice, too. Especially if you really care about them.
