twenty-fifth rift

Huh. So. That was interesting. Everyone back to normal? Doctor? Aisling? Ianto? How are we all feeling? I wouldn't mind another go with the handcuffs, Doctor.

That was a joke, Ianto. But if you'd like another turn, I wouldn't mind that, either.

Also, it's always strange how we seem to get a sudden influx of new people all at once. And all so lovely this time, too. I'd just like to extend my welcome to the new faces of New Moore that I haven't gotten to meet yet, and if you have any concerns or need help adjusting to life here on the island, I'd like to extend my services for a talk. Captain Jack Harkness, by the way, and I'm looking forward to meeting all of you.

Private to Aisling//Ultra High Torchwood+ Security

I know that you initially asked me not to take anything from the forest, but I was thinking about starting a greenhouse in Torchwood with some plants from the forest. I was wondering if a) this is all right with you. And if so, b) if you would like to help.

Well, there are certainly ones that I don't know the people's name for. They have their own names, of course, but people don't usually use those.

They should really make the effort.

There are lots that wouldn't grow on Ireland. But it's much warmer and wetter here, and there is the fire mountain. Yet there are still oaks and rowan, though they don't do as well as the ones with the big floppy fronds, and the ones that look like vines fused into their skin. Some of the monkeys are best at home in those - they tend to avoid the apple trees unless they're fruiting.

That sounds fine. I have a lot there. I think someone else is living there, too, now. Last time I looked they were all in pots and watered. But they're my friends, so they shouldn't mind me giving them into your care.
