Not by the definition you mean, although by standard terminology, yes. As far as I was aware, the majority of living organisms are biotic, but in a way, I suppose.

Right now seems like a time needed for as much up front assistance as possible. I do not wish to see any harm come to my flatmate.

As some people on this island have already discovered, I have a mutation. It allows me to read minds. Generally, I can reach a fair distance. It is actually more concerning to me that I can not reach any of their minds.
