Mister Jones.  If you're reading this, it's been seventy-two hours since I last checked the failsafe programs on my computer.  The access codes to my surveillance system and the back door to my server box are attached to this message.  Hopefully my disappearance will have left you with a good place to start looking in my data.  If not -- or if I have been released --  I have one tip and three priority projects.

I monitor myself twenty-four hours a day.  This information is stored in the same place as the rest of my personal surveillance data.  It may provide information.

Speaking of the personal surveillance archives, Torchwood can of course make use of any and all data they see fit... but I'd prefer any archived data about Ramona Flowers be deleted.  I'll leave the ethical dilemmas of what to do with Captain Harness's file up to you.

My priority projects are as follows:

A) Extending my network of camera taps into the government networks as well as the commercial and residential areas.  Physical access to the networks has been established (Camera Archive Access D), but decrypting the data without a supercomputer has been problematic.

B)  Decrypting data acquired during the meteor blackout.  Heavy number-crunching has been started, but again, brute-forcing this with available hardware has been slow.  I suspect based on file size that most of the files are still images.

C)  Investigating the mechanism of "release."  Most of this file is speculation and demographic analysis.  Hopefully if I have been released my self-surveillance data will give some more concrete answers.

Good luck.
