You're originally from a quieter world?

Well, for me it was. There was a great deal of fighting going on in different areas of the country, but not right around my home. I expect soldiers would feel it was more than exciting enough. The alchemists were the most excitement in the city, though I grant you, they were all the excitement necessary.
