video / action for Stark Building
[Thor has finally settled into his new room in the Stark Building, though he's still entirely unsure about everything and not exactly happy about the rude welcome he got from his so-called teammates, even if the invitation to live with them has somewhat made up for it.
He's in his room when he makes his video post, an uncertain expression on his face.]
Are crime sprees such as this common in this realm? It seems strange and sudden.
[Then again, maybe it's one of those "events" he was told about. He already thinks this place is some form of prison for the insane. Apparently, it's the criminally insane, too.]

This time, when he scrolled through the posts, he felt his stomach drop. There it was. A video.
That was--but it--no, was it? His mouth fell open and he tried to find the words--even though no one was around to hear them. He wasn't sure whether to shout or cry. Cry, maybe. Crying would be good. After what he believed had happened (and he wasn't sure, exactly, what had happened, as his memories seemed oddly scattered about the events prior to Sultur's--well, that wasn't the point), he wasn't sure how he could face Thor. How had he not known he was here? Was there no message, no dreams, no points in his emotions that he had felt his presence? He sighed the breath he had been holding since he had seen the video.
His lips pressed into a straight line. He was Loki Laufeyson of Asgard. This should not be such a difficult task! What would Thor say in a time like this? ...Volstagg? (Well, maybe Volstagg.) All right, that was it. He had made up his mind. He pushed himself to his feet and flitted lightly across the alley way, peeking out from behind the corners. It would be too dangerous to call him out where others could see him--so... instead... he simply cried out in his loudest voice.
"Thor!! Thor! Hear me!"

He isn't doing anything particularly important when he hears his name being shouted, but it gives him pause. Looking around cautiously, he clenches his fists.
"Who goes there, and how do you know of me?"
SQUEEP
"It is I, broth—" and then he stops "—er..." His mind works through the impulse that had once been there enough to summon him, because the one that stood before him was not the brother that he remembered. Luckily for him, he had skill enough to recover quickly. "Oh... this... is certainly not what I anticipated."
And here he was without Ikol.

"I have only one brother, that I know of. His name is Loki and you are not him, young one." He approached, then leaned down just so, eyeing him even more so. "You do seem familiar, however, and I know not how."

Start slow.
"That's quite interesting, you see, because my name is Loki as well," and he stepped forward, catching himself as he stumbled over his feet. He allowed a moment for Thor to get a good look at him before he circled around his ... brother? Other-brother? New-world-brother? Looking for differences quite curiously. "Perhaps we had once known each other, or perhaps we were once one and the same. Or perhaps! Perhaps I am simply he from another time. Another place."
And he stepped in front of him again.
"Would you believe me if I were to be truthful?"
