So I've been here for... let's face it, it's been too long already, and my hopes for my old London lifestyle cropping up here are finally waning thin, so I thought that I should put my other skills to use.

I think I'm going to set up a surgery here in New Moore. A private business who won't be in the pockets of those who brought us here, whom none of us seem to trust anyway. And why should we? For all we know, we've all been kidnapped and drugged, so it's about time that one of us, with our best interests at heart, did something about it and set up a safe place for us "fictionals" to come and receive medical attention.

Unfortunately, at this stage, it's still only an idea, so I will need assistance. Should I start this practice, I naturally cannot be the only physician available, so I'm reaching out to you, to hopefully begin some sort of network of doctors and physicians. Is there anyone among us who might be interested in joining me?

Well it has to be kidnapping, hasn't it? I mean, there are instances where we've clearly been drugged, but to actually have those moments stand out among the every day...? What I mean is that our natural state of mind hasn't been altered. Not often, anyway.

Tell me what you have observed about New Moore. Have you found a way to identify it is, in fact, the drowned island?

It's a strange place with a lot of strange people and strange things that happen in it. No one knows why, no one explains why, and no one seems to care.

Aside from rumours and the occasional whisper, it's difficult to find any evidence that all of this was underwater until just a few years ago. If anything, the nature of the things that happen here might instead suggest that the island appeared here just as we have. People and objects find their way through on occasion, so why not landmasses?

Have you gone to the shore? Have you observed your surrounding, Mr. Watson. It's quite clear, after observation, this is not the same New Moore at all.
