You make it sound like I have a lot of those. I learned about them when I was fixing Sora's memories. The ones who are buried inside his heart, their feelings are all there inside him. They're-- [ starts frowning ]

I'm missing someone.

[ she looks confused, as if she's trying to piece something together ]

It was those three, you and Roxas, and...

[he's ignoring the part where he's included in that, but:]

Xion. You're thinking about her.

Xion?

[ okay that makes a lot of sense. although there is something that's really bothering her about the Xion thing and Riku didn't answer when she asked about it ]

I was somehow involved with that, right? With how everyone forgot her.

I think so, yeah. She went to Twilight Town... To be a part of Sora again. I brought her back, and... [frowns] I don't know what happened to her after.

[ she doesn't say anything for a good two minutes; it's like trying to plug in holes that she wasn't even aware were there until now ]

She went to fight someone-- Roxas. She fought against Roxas. Why did that happen...?

They could't... coexist anymore. The Organization had been trying to pit them against each other, so that one could absorb the other. They didn't care about which one it was so long as the result was a stronger tool for Xemnas's big plans. [so when Lea brought her back-- damn it.] You said she went to him, didn't you? That means...

[either she was coerced or-- no. Xion would have... for Roxas's sake, for everyone's sake, she'd always been planning to sacrifice herself.]

She forced him to do it. To end her. Didn't she?

[ and it's like something just clicked. maybe a switch was pressed on in her head, or something, because Naminé just knows what the answer to that question is. ]

Yes. She sacrificed herself so Roxas could absorb her memories. For his sake and Sora's.

[Lea makes a fist, but otherwise keeps his voice even and doesn't show any other sign of being extremely mad about that BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT HE STILL IS!!]

And that's when we forgot her. When she died.

Her memories were Sora's. Once she no longer existed as her own person, there were literally no memories of her left for us. The only way to see any glimpse of her would be to venture into Sora's heart, and not just anybody could do that. And even then, you wouldn't know who you were looking at.

But since she exists in this place, in New Moore, the memories of her are coming back to us. It's like when I manipulate them; they're really fuzzy, and the changes are subtle at first. But this raises so many questions.

That doesn't make it right. [still, namine's not the one at fault, so lea sighs] Questions like what?

[ she puts the hand that's holding the ice down, placing it on her lap. her eyes are looking towards it as well. ]

Roxas, Xion, and I shouldn't be here right now. You will all fix this in the future, I truly believe that you'll find a way for everyone to find happiness. But right now, at this moment, we shouldn't exist as our own people. And I have no idea why. Will this have some sort of negative effect in the future? I... It's just all very confusing, and I hope I'm worrying for nothing.

[Lea stares at the ceiling, blankly]

Riku's been worrying about it, too. ... I know I should be wondering about it myself, but I... I've got nearly everything I want, right now. I don't really care if it's selfish. I just want to be with those two, whatever happens. [sighs and closes his eyes] I know it's not that easy. Nothing's been fixed. Something like that happening, with no effort put into it... It can't last. [for so many reasons] I just want to enjoy it as long as I can. Before the other shoe drops.

[he pauses, and then;] I'm glad you're here, too.

You shouldn't be. All the bad things that happened to the three of you were brought upon because of my actions. I convinced Roxas to go back to Sora. I explained it to Xion. You should be mad at me, to be honest.

And Riku helped Xion get away and kidnapped Roxas for DiZ. [waves it off] At least you guys thought you were doing right by someone. I lost Roxas and Xion because of my own selfish actions, nothing else. [he turns to look at her] I tried to kill you, once, and I wasn't doing that for any noble cause. So shouldn't you be the one mad at me?

[ she looks startled at that, but then she just shakes her head. ]

You're the one who let me go in the first place. If you hadn't done that, everything might have turned out much differently. And not in a good way.

I didn't do it for you, though.

[not entirely, at least, since he was technically tasked with keeping her in the Organization's clutches, not that she knows that]

Whatever your intentions were, it still helped me. And now here we are, all on the same side.

True. I don't think anyone quiiite expected that. At least, not from me, anyway.

I'm not sure about that. I think that all of our interests were more or less aligned with one another's. We just had very different ways of prioritizing them so that they didn't fit quite together until now.

Aligned? You're stretching it a bit, I think. [his interests were pretty self-centered, he knows that much. plus--

yeah isa is no one else's interest ha ha ha]
