Cornmeal, eggs,buttermilk, garlic, salt, sugar, a few peppers, some garlic and some scallions. A little baking powder. Rolled up and fried. That's all it is.

Now, if we were somewhere with proper food, you put some sausage in that, then you fry up some pepper bacon, a crawfish omelette, maybe bake some biscuits and beignet. But this boy's never been so good with baking, so we make do.
