So, is anyone else, like, totally weirded out by all this stuff? Not like Bayville didn't have it's own problems, but, like, this is completely off the "sci-fi" scale. Not even the Professor talked about stuff this out there.
Anyway, speaking of "weird stuff"... does the word "X-Men" mean anything to anyone? I'm just, um, curious, that's all.
[Poor Kitty is too distracted by everything around her to realize that she hit the wrong button and the video is still going. Don't mind her -and the phone camera- phasing through a wall to the outside.]

Video----action
Kitty? Over here!
action
Rogue, hey!
[And she scampers on over to her cohort.]
Can you, like, even believe this place? There are doubles, almost everyone seems to know about the X-Men, and everything is way off-its-rocker.
Re: action
Can't say I do. Seems like someone's crazy idea ta throw all of us here. Gotta wonder what's it all for. [And the fact that no one is freaking out that they're mutants is...refreshing, but still unsettling.]
Did you talk ta some guy named peter? Seems ta know a version of us. Same with Gambit.
Re: action
[Kitty ponders for a moment, taking in the world around them.]
You know, what if all this is, like, someone's power? Just hear me out. I met myself, but she wasn't me me, but she was Shadowcat and Kitty Pryde. And she's totally a jerk, but given her weirdo twist in history, I guess it makes sense. Anyways, that means... there has to be multiple realities out there.
Maybe whoever is being this can, like, bring people here from all sorts of different ones.
Re: action
[She's meeting him later, not sure if she can take his word or not.]
It can't be someone's power alone. [Unless they're dealing with an ancient mutant....again.] Maybe it's the same way the Professor uses Cerebro? Lock onto someone from a different universe and somehow bring 'em here.
Re: action
But as far as the Cerebro thing goes... maybe we should check with the other X-Men here first. You know, see if they've found evidence to the contrary.
