Yep! Most people here have someone recognize them as fictional in there own universe - which does not, of course, mitigate how real you or your own universe are, as the official on the island seem to believe.

Look, mate. I've been here for months, closer to a year than not. There ain't no getting off unless you die or unless you vanish into thin air, a.k.a. are "released into the real world" by the doctors. Not that anyone buys into that bullshit, but there's honestly no walking -or rocketing- out of the place.
