[ well, this is kind of a weird sight.

there is one natasha. and then there is another natasha, who looks a bit older, with longer hair and worry lines on her face. the other, older natasha is tied up with what looks like all of the rope on the island, and wrapped up in a blanket and a few sheets, for good measure. younger natasha, the natasha that new moore knows is staring at the camera, panting slightly, with a cut over one cheekbone and a new black eye forming. but she looks triumphant at the very least. ]

It's not every day I get to fight someone on my level.

[ her voice is wry. ]

Anyone care to explain what I'm supposed to do with her now?

[ ooc: This is dated before the explosions! ]

[ other!natasha shouts something in Russian with the natasha currently speaking to the screen speaking in kind; they have a brief conversation that doesn't sound friendly (they're certainly not talking about the weather). ]

[ the conversation ceases for a moment as both women look at the camera with identical annoyed looks, then persists -- it sounds as if the older natasha is arguing against the younger natasha and her 'brainwashing'. no wonder she's so angry; it would be a touchy subject for both of them. after a sharp word that sounds suspiciously like a curse, the real!natasha turns back to the video. ]

I can keep her this way for a while; Barton is on his way if you have something else it do.

[A loud explosion from the warehouse district cuts her off. She curses violently in a few alien languages.]

Alright, you take care of her. I have a bad feeling about that explosion.

[ both natasha's stop arguing for a moment and turn towards the sound, sobering. whatever squabbles they had, they didn't like the sounds of it either. ]
