Because that's the point of school, as much as the academics? Not everything is explicit, when it comes to people.

But all my classmates want to talk about is cartoons and things at the zoo. They're boring.

Though, I suppose, the whole circus background helps, in my case.
But the point is, you're not going to learn how unless you keep trying - different approaches, until you find the ones that work. People are a magic that's really difficult to see unless you are really looking.

I'd rather spend my time learning new things or reading mysteries.
