ectogenesis is like makin somethin in a tube
ectobiology uses the fabric of time and space as the tube where u pull the thing in from elsewhere in the universe
then extract the genetic code from the paradox slime
and make whatevs u want w it
u do use a real tube for that part tho
its complicated but it doesnt really work here so who cares rite

i tried to snag some stuff from the past
but it turns out they were alt dimensions
which is fun but u dont wanna mess w that too much since all kinds of shit can go wrong
or u can drop somethin super heavy appearifing and it is a fuckin mess
