you would have to consult with rose but i think that is probably an acceptable division of the roles
you can be the one to handle the red miles and karkat can handle all the action
there is plenty of room for two heros in this adventure
also isnt a booky someone who takes illegal bets
oh that would be a good development what if you both have mob related criminal pasts for separate families

can she be all those things at the same time or is that a gross misdistribution of power
better question would she even give a fuck

it would be a rampant abuse of the judicial system to elect one person to so many conflicting posts
which is quite legal in troll society so i see no reason why she would not claim them all for herself and insist on more besides
though it seems a bit of a stretch to also ask to be the executioner and the coroner

hmmm i never have to be honest
i liked roleplaying quite a lot but i never gave much thought to writing what is essentially au fanfic about my friends
it could be fun though if you would like to try
we could come up with something rather interesting i think
