What? It's just a scan! Noninvasive, blinky blue light and a few moments of noise, that's all. I'll show you. Scan my own hand or something, so you know it's all right. Perfectly harmless.

Artron energy! Chronal radiation, the residue of time travel. It has distinctive patterns, and I might be able to puzzle out how you're slipping through the cracks, so to speak.

And for being suspicious! Harmless scan, but you didn't have any way to be sure until you asked!
