Good to know when you run naked and screaming into the woods in the middle of the night apparently they don't send you to the psych ward, but to some fantastic beach paradise.

This place reminds me of one of the islands the cruise my parents took me on a couple years ago when they broke the news that they were splitting up. Which is only minorly traumatizing in comparison I guess to being told you're fictional! Which is really cute because I'm so over this already.

Is anything worthwhile actually here? Besides sun and sand, obviously.

I'm fine. I checked myself out of one after a random decided to gut me on the lacrosse field. It was totally annoying since the cops confiscated my banging dress afterwards.

There's a few cool places. Not really and clubs or anything to speak of, but the pub I usually go to is run by a vampire and a guy who can't die, if that's any consolation.

Oh no, no costumes. Leave those to the superheroes. No, actual vampire. Kind of awkward, but I've seen girls get free drinks out of him with a shirt that's low-cut enough.

I'm not really into Twilight, I prefer stories that are a lot less of a debauchery of modern literature. I mean, you know. Nicholas Sparks books, that stuff.

Pleasure to make your acquaintance, Miss Lydia. You seem to be adjusting just fine. And to answer your earlier question, yes, a lot of people do kind of fall apart when they're told their entire life was a lie that someone just made up.

I like to try and make that transition a little easier for people.

I make a point not to listen to stupidity. So I think I'll adjust just fine.
