Doctor Jonathan Crane, new arrival on the island, is a probable match for a criminal called the Scarecrow back in Gotham. I've been dosed by his fear toxins before and the effect was strikingly similar.

I don't have any old samples, unfortunately, and I'm not sure how long it will take me to make an antidote using the college chem labs. Until then, going after him directly is a bad plan.
