[Finally the big day everyone (at least two or three people, maybe) has been waiting for arrived! Today Marauding Magic opens its doors.

Come by and discover the wonders that lie within! Potions, books, toys and tools, things that are more sentient than they really have any business being and items whose purpose isn't entirely apparent at first, but they sure look pretty.

A fire that changes colors ever so often and chairs by the fireplace, the shop is inviting you to stay a while and discover more. Behind the counter there is a staircase leading upstairs. Don't mind any of the sounds you might hear from there, magical experiments can go unexpected ways at times.

Perched on top of the counter sits an owl, watching everything that is going on, sometimes by turning his head 180 degrees, as owls do. Better don't shop-lift, that beak is sharp.

When you enter, a chime follows as the door closes. It won't be long until a wizard or two appears. Welcome to Marauding Magic, prepare to be charmed.]

Alright, Sirius knows how Remus feels about treating books properly (mostly by virtue of often having not done so himself), so he turns around and catches that one midair with a levitating spell, then accios it into his hand.]

How about you throw yourself instead?

If that was your game, you could care to be more subtle. One becomes suspicious when such things are laid bare before them.

[but he's standing there a few feet away making grabbing hands at the book that's already gone.]

Stand still for long enough and I can show you just precisely how far I trust you.

[He looks at the staircase, back to Loki, back to the staircase.]

I figure I could get you up to the door, if you fly well.

It was meant to be the other way. [he turns his finger in a slow circle to indicate.] And it is my brother that flies, not me.

[but he does start jogging in place annoyingly.]

[Sirius watches him for a while before grinning and shaking his head.]

I reckon such a thing as 'asking' didn't occur to you?

[He doesn't even have it in himself to sound disapproving, really. It's like looking into his past or something.]

'Asking' most frequently ends in 'no' when it comes to someone such as myself. I tend to generously bypass the conversation and save both of the recipients the time and trouble.

[he wiggles, as if it does anything at all, and looks rather proud of himself.]

That is awfully considerate of you. Seems like we are just wasting both of our time here, eh?

[He places the book on the counter and turns partially around, waving one hand.]

Go on with it then!

On with what?

[he says, innocently, as if he hadn't been planning a thing.]

Nothing that you shouldn't be doing, I'm sure.

Or anything you should ask me about.

[and oddly enough, he comes out and says it without hesitance.]

Tell me what's up those stairs.

Works in progress and some finished produce that are not and might not ever be ready for the general public.

Oh, and we make tea up there.

Regular regular tea, wizard regular tea or special tea?

I tend to take mine Irish. But, yeah, sometimes we make them a bit more potent otherwise too.

I want some regular tea.

[he says, with a hopeful edge in his voice.]

Do you just want to see upstairs?

The prospect of tea is also pleasing.

In that case, I think I'll just give you some tea down here.
