there probably is but i have managed to keep my phone intact so far even though it seems like it should be very easy to break
i wouldnt worry too much about it anymore than i would worry about being here
i know that sounds rather terrible
but i think eventually one gets used to being here and its mostly fairly ordinary
theres no indication that youre missing anything since people come and go all the time
its just a very strange unasked for vacation
if that makes you feel any better

you can do it one of two ways
theres some way to fiddle around in the settings on the phone so it automatically does it
or you can do it with code on the internet if you tell it the font and the color
