Hey guy! I was going to announce this last week, but being in high school kinda put a halt on that.

Anyways, now that we're all the right age again I'd like to introduce the island of New Moore to the new Avengers HQ!

[She moves out of the camera frame so it has a shot of the warehouse behind her]

Tada! I know it doesn't look like much, but after some renovations it'll be perfect.

[Carol moves back into the frame, still grinning]

With the new base I'd like to open up the Avengers for new heros. Anyone who's had experience in crime fighting on any level, check with Phil Coulson, Clint Barton, or myself and we'll schedule an evaluation.

Okay guys, I can't do this by myself. This base is for all of you, so I'd like a little help sprucing it up. I want to build a loft area at the far end for a lounge area as well as put up a reception room in the front for anyone who needs out help.

Also, it'd be kinda nice if you guys could chip in some money to help me pay for this place. Minus the down payment I owe just around $200,000 on the place.
