Um...
This is going to be kind of a weird question. Sorry... I don't know how else to ask it. I guess you could say I grew up a little ... differently from everyone else. And I don't think I learned the same things everyone else did.
How do you figure out... when you're feeling something? How do you know what that feeling is? I always have trouble telling the difference...
How do you learn something like that?

I think everyone deals with what you're dealing with right now. The best way to learn is to just keep experiencing them.

Keep experiencing them... but how will I know what to call them, even if I do become familiar with how they feel?

I guess it might make things easier to talk to people about, but...then you can just talk to them about it and I'm sure someone can tell you what to call it.
