Setting her glasses straight with hands shaking slightly in the way of someone running on more caffeine than sleep, Sheska leans forward earnestly.]

As I'm sure you're all keenly aware, something odd is happening again. Mysterious wounds and injuries have been turning up on people. These are not the results of someone sneaking into your home and attacking you in the night. On this wide a scale and with such a variety of injuries, this is most certainly the island's doing again.

Please, if you are injured, the place to call is the hospital, not the police station. Though I would be more than willing to call the ambulance for you, it will be faster if you call them yourself.

As a reminder, if someone has fallen or hit their head, it's best not to move them, but to let professionals check them beforehand. For cuts, don't cut off blood flow with a tourniquet, but put pressure on the wound and elevate it if you can. It's best to keep an injured person warm, so don't be afraid to drape a blanket over them. It may get your blanket bloodstained, but you can buy a blanket. You can't buy a life, okay?

Please be careful, everyone! Tempers are high and people are on edge right now.

There are people taking advantage of the chaos and fear right now, and it would really help to know who can be sent out and who can't. Or who to send medical help to! Okay. He stopped with the laughing. Which was really creepy and he can never do that again! I think it goes all the way through...

[For a moment she's sure she's going to be sick. Right here, right now, all over everything. She claps a hand over her mouth and squeezes her eyes shut, trying to fight down the nausea. The terror will just have to stay. Why aren't the paramedics there yet? There are a lot of cases, but she made it so clear--! She can't get her breathing under control, but she needs to keep speaking, needs to keep Once-ler grounded, needs...]

...No... [ he's barely above whispering ] What do I do?

[Her voice is barely audible as she frantically searches her internal lexicon of medical information to try and find some possible method by which they could save him. But it was taking too long to scan the information, and she was coming up blank. The more slimmer the options, the more shaky and distressed her murmurs become until it is clear, even with her desperate attempts to muffle and suppress it, that she is crying. A small eternity passes before she can steady her voice enough to be understood and speak up again.]

I don't... I don't think there's anything more you can do, Once-ler. You did everything right. You did everything you could. Let... Let him be. Please don't go anywhere... They'll need you to explain what you saw and what you did. But there isn't anything more to do. You can... You can cover him, if you like.
