[The face of one exhausted and stressed dispatcher looks out from the screen, a lovely set of bruises marking her cheeks and forehead, culminating in quite the shiner. Setting her glasses straight with hands shaking slightly in the way of someone running on more caffeine than sleep, Sheska leans forward earnestly.]

As I'm sure you're all keenly aware, something odd is happening again. Mysterious wounds and injuries have been turning up on people. These are not the results of someone sneaking into your home and attacking you in the night. On this wide a scale and with such a variety of injuries, this is most certainly the island's doing again.

Please, if you are injured, the place to call is the hospital, not the police station. Though I would be more than willing to call the ambulance for you, it will be faster if you call them yourself.

As a reminder, if someone has fallen or hit their head, it's best not to move them, but to let professionals check them beforehand. For cuts, don't cut off blood flow with a tourniquet, but put pressure on the wound and elevate it if you can. It's best to keep an injured person warm, so don't be afraid to drape a blanket over them. It may get your blanket bloodstained, but you can buy a blanket. You can't buy a life, okay?

Please be careful, everyone! Tempers are high and people are on edge right now.

[Sheska straightens with a jerk, eyes widening as she takes in his injuries.]

Oh my goodness! Me?! What about you! Are you all right? Do you need me to send someone your way?

[He looks confused for a moment, then touches the spot on his head and glances down at his arm a moment. When he does so, he unconsciously turns the camera that way - to show that his entire right arm, at least past where his sleeves are hiding, is one gigantic, purple bruise. He turns back to the camera and smiles a little self-depreciatingly.] Ah, I'm all right, Sheska-kun, it's nothing to worry about.

Are you...? [He seems to realize that he can't say he's all right and then worry too much about Sheska's bruising - if the bruises he could see were something valid to worry about right now, it would validate her worrying over his injuries. That was something she didn't need right now, so he hoped that she had suffered nothing worse than he could see and simple moved on.] I've been out in the field all morning - never got a chance to get in to the station or put on my uniform.

I'm sure you have a better grasp of the situation than I do, though - where do you need me?

Ah...

[She's visibly torn between fussing over him and accepting him at his word, but after a moment the latter wins out and she nods. Turning slightly, she scans something off to her right, frowning slightly and chewing on her lip before she makes a decision.]

All right. South and West, especially along the fringes. Minor injuries and sightings of the forest guardian are setting people on edge - tensions are high, and we need someone out there to help settle things down. There have been a few broken bones, as well... Do you think...?

[Koizumi makes a right turn immediately and starts heading west, given the angle of the sun.] Will do, Sheska-kun.
