Have there been actual tests on this or did someone just tell you that to get you to drink it?

I don't see any ingredients here that would actually abate neural pain of any kind.

ummm, I think it's both cos.. if I drink too much of it I just wanna lay down for a while & do nothing

so maybe you just have to have a lot to make it work.

I'm in North, but I can come by and have a look if you like. For headaches you can expel a wave of mana through the mind - it relaxes the muscles and calms agitated blood, and finishes off with a pleasant tingly feeling!
