Does this place actually bring people back from the dead?

Think that's just about the first thing my dead friend went about finding out.

Feel free to pass on what you know though, we're still new and might have missed something.

Neither am I, least not yet. Cellphones didn't have half of these functions back when we had them at all.

Alcohol has always been one of Creedy's priorities so it made perfect sense.

It's hard though, when you've had to move on from losses all your life and then suddenly someone puts you right back on square one.

Then again the way I saw it the world wasn't supposed to turn into a barren wasteland either and that's pretty much what happened where I'm from.

We'll just have to roll with the punches here as well even if they're coming from new directions.

It was pretty bad, but we had our moments anyway. I'd say it was a good thing if me and Creedy weren't the only ones. I still have people I care a lot about back home, and now I'm not there to look after them.

It works strange, I've heard some people say that apparently when we get sent back, if we do, time continues on the same.

My best friend who's here with me, he's about ten years ahead of me.

That must be confusing. Glad there's not that much of a difference between me and Creedy, just a few months.

Then again he's supposed to be dead so I guess it doesn't really help much.

It is. At least I know that I didn't do much myself during those ten years.

And he's alive here, right? I'd try to enjoy that.

You try on the thought that someone might be using your best friend in the world to get under your skin, and see how comfortable you'd be with just enjoying things.

I'm happy he's here, it's just a little more complicated than that on top of it.

In the war I was in our enemy used strategies like that. We developed ways to make sure that who we are dealing with is really who we think it is.
